I also spend a week or two every summer in Iowa. In my free time I enjoy working in the garage or around the yard, playing a round of golf or traveling to visit my daughter in San Francisco and South Dakota. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my real estate broker’s license and have enjoyed being both a Consulting Broker and Managing Broker for local brokerages here in AZ, before becoming the Managing Broker at My Home Group. With close to 3000 escrows under my belt, I became a certified instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2015. In 2011, I traded my mortgage broker’s license for a real estate license and became a full-time Realtor. After gaining 10 years of knowledge & experience, I started my own independent mortgage broker business with a small team of hand-picked professionals. After earning a business degree at Iowa State University, I moved to Phoenix, AZ and made my debut in real estate as a mortgage loan officer for Citicorp, where I specialized in doing Jumbo loans for luxury homebuyers in North Scottsdale. I’m Todd Smith! I grew up in a small farming community in Iowa. I believe real estate is a people business, and my expertise and experiences lead me to be confident that I will be a perfect match for anyone looking to hit the ground running! My client base is investors and referral based. I have networked with industry leaders on finding properties, fix and flips and consider myself an expert in most areas of residential real estate. I am also an avid NFL fan and cheer on the local college teams as well. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and sightseeing. It is on the shoulders of these individuals that we have built our society. I am a Marine Corps veteran, and have a deep respect for our armed forces, homeland security, local police, fire fighters, first responders, and educators. I enjoy sharing my experience, expertise, and network with homeowners and home buyers. In February of 2015 I obtained my Realtor license to help us with our investments and quickly became a full-time Realtor. From 2011 to 2017 my wife and I bought, fixed, and sold over 33 homes. While still working at a local copper mine, I started investing and flipping in Real Estate in 2011. Tucson has been my home for almost 25+ years. Lindahl also teaches the Immersion training.To all of my friends and family I go by “Dean” (Leonard). He is always updating the system for today's investors. He and Dave have created a system for new and seasoned investors to add Multi-Family investing to thier current portfilio. Mr Lindahl also is the Coaching Director at RE Mentor™. Lindahl’s responsibilities included: identifying and analyzing real estate markets, finding prospective properties within those markets through field research and/or through the company’s network of lenders, property managers or other investors Analyzing and verifying the historical and financial information provided by the seller creating the initial offer and contract and overseeing the private lender program for those who wish to invest. MA, where he is Director of Acquisitions of a private real estate investment company with a portfolio of several hundred multi-family apartment units and single family homes. Lindahl is an entrepreneur, and private investor with over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and private lending for small businesses.
